China’s Sept youth jobless rate at 17.6%, compared with 18.8% in August

BEIJING (Reuters) – China’s September survey-based jobless rate among 16-24 year-olds excluding college students stood at 17.6% compared with 18.8% in August, according to data released by the country’s statistics bureau on Tuesday.
